I knew that BSAVA has issues with proper organisation during the congress, but I was and still am horrified that the doorman did not let me enter the exhibition with my daughter. I had to change all my plans after traveling 2 hours. From the registration office I’ve been told that the security simply should have told me to go upstairs and get a family pass. My wife had to walk for hours in Birmingham with my daughter just because we were not let in the exhibition area. Shame on your organisation BSAVA.

As a long time member of the BSAVA it was nice to finally see a building I have been in contact with on many occasions. Having recently been renovated and updated the facilities did not disappoint. The building is very modern and attractive and the staff are delightfully helpful
