DO JOT RECOMMEND. Iain the manager is useless and rude and ignorant. Been attending regularly and built up a good relationship with the man that works down here, never had any problems until last week with no fault being his own, presuming it’s a lack of communication from people higher up as no one made our group session aware that no one would be there to let us in and supervise on Tuesday 27th nights session. Very poor service and never experienced this problem before it’s only in the past few months everything seems to have gone down hill from sessions being cancelled due to the weather and lack of communication. The man that works down here every evening did explain when I rang him he had booked a night off therefore someone should be down to cover him unless people who have booked in have been told otherwise.
Very clear communication problem from higher up and it’s a shame as the young man down here most evenings is very well liked and we all enjoy our sessions but this all reflects poorly on the whole community trust.

Communication is key.
We are just greatful to have been able to contact the guy who is normally there to discuss this as no one else appears to care for the clients and session holders

Repost.. Tried attending for a session today and can’t gain access due to management not covering their staff. Iain is rude and incompetent, how can you be a manager and not manage your job role and responsibilities. To then ignore calls and messages leaving people stood outside in the street waiting to gain access to a pitch we have PAID for.

Recently gone very downhill. Bookings get cancelled for no reason other then low temperatures when it’s never been a problem before.
Staff are treated unfair and unappreciated and it shows.
No team work no communication very unprofessional.
Other people unhappy with how things are going recently so will be looking to book or play elsewhere even considering a park.
