I have tried to donate furniture to these guys today. I have specifically mentioned that I have sofa and cabinet to collect. They set time for today at 2 pm. I took time off at my work and came home at 1:30. At 2:30 I rang them and was reassured that they would come after 3. At 3:30 they said that they would come tomorrow. At 4 I got email saying - actually we don't need your stuff, we need wardrobes. I understand that it is a charity, which might be run by volunteers. But that should not mean that they can behave as careless. Who wants to donate anything after this, when you can just skip it at convenient time
