Absolutely disgusting people that work here, ringing me telling me I'm always in rent arrears when I know I'm not, take over a year to fix anything, don't want to take responsibility for anything, all there interested in is taking your money. My property is so old there's problems all over the house but when I ring them all I get is that's not our responsibility.

This HA picks the tenants they prefer & gives them special treatment & are completely unprofessional. They let their personal feelings about tenants (including discriminatory ones) get in the way of their job, at the expense of their tenants. There are a couple of nice people on reception but the housing & neighbourhood team are awful, rude, unprofessional & couldn’t care less about their tenants.

Disgusting. Repair team is awful when fixing one thing they damage another thing and then take no responsibility. The repair team don’t take their job seriously. Housing conditions are awful mould everywhere asbestos in the houses and cracks in my celling. When mentioning these problems they take months to come repair them causing another problem. Rosbery don’t take us seriously. When calling rosebery about these problems they always say they will get back but never will. They takes days to reply to my emails.

The houses are so old its starting to fall apart. My celing started to fall apart abd had many cracks in it. Also had aspestos it took them months to come and clean and repair it while i had to inhale that aspestos. When they came to repaint the celling and walls because it got damaged while trying to repair the celling they used an old out of date paint which is now causing an dead body smell and is causing the whole house to stink up. We cant use our kitchen for the past 2 days and beacuse the smell is so strong my whole family is having a headache from the smell. When i confronted the repair guy james about the smell and how he hasnt fulfiled his job he laughed which is ridiculous and rude as i pointed out his mistakes he said rosebery only pays me this much money something along those lines which is also ridiculous. We called rosbery repair team and spoke with janet for half an hour we told herself for someone to come take a look at the walls and celling and the extreme smell after a lot of convincing as she said that rosbery doesnt come to look at it. In the end someone came and took a look and left nothing has changed rosbery dont take us seriously and dont care about us except the monthly rent payments there repair team is awful and rude.

The bank's tell us we can't afford the full property by ourselves so we need to get shared ownership. We buy 50% of home and rent the other 50% from Roseberry. After 7 years in the property we now pay £470 off the mortgage pcm & the rent is £820 pcm! we are much worse off than we would have been owning the whole property. Roseberry have been nothing but a waste of time, I won't report anything broken around the buildings now because they charge us heavily for them. Thankfully the time is coming to get away from shared ownership, but now Roseberry tell us it's £300 for a valuation (free from most estate agents), we don't have a say in selling the property for 12 weeks and they take an additional 1% of our equity for selling! They have no one's interest at heart but their own. The staff who answer the phone need to take a course in customer service!

The most tenant unfriendly gestapo like housing group you will ever encounter. Who raise charges and squander money like you would not believe, who bully residents and stick there warning notices everywhere what a unfriendly bunch of ars@h@les

Rosebery's ethics on property repairs and maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. I
been a tenant for at least 10 years and feel let down and disappointed. Next stage will be to take any issues outstanding to local MP. Even had one of their staff members telling me I should have a Covid jab and if I hadn't when was I having it. All my correspondence to them is in writing and not on the phone and I insist any correspondence from them to me is done the same way to avoid any misunderstandings.

Terrible!!!
Because of their inexperienced repairs we paid lots of money after a year forcefully!!!
What was our fault?
Roseberry’s fearful weapon is “Tenancy Agreement” where they can forcefully stabbed to tanents indirectly!!!

They just want to make profits!!!
Social values or morality is just nothing for them!!!
Sorry to say you all but I should to speak the truth…….
