Worst housing association out there. Ignore their survey figures as they are a pack of lies taken from a very limited and selected group. Known for their lies and trying their best to wiggle out of their legal obligations and duties to their tenants. Hate spending even on basic repairs as only interested in raking in the rent at what ever cost so they can pay over the top wages and expense accounts for senior staff. They are certainly not the so called "social " housing association just a bad landlord hiding behind the not for profit designation to avoid paying tax. They are Happy to leave disabled residents without heating, hot water and power sometimes all at the same time and it is the same story across the whole of the UK. Sanctuary housing is corrupt to the core.

Very poor company to deal with, extremely slow legal department and even slower maintenance/repair department. Monthly charges for leased accommodation quite high.
