I had so much fun! Chelsie was fantastic - warm and welcoming and fun to chat to. She was very knowledgeable, explaining every step and helped me to create the most perfect colour lipstick. I loved it so much I went back again during my trip and did a lipgloss and another lipstick for my mum! It’s such an excellent concept and the customisation options are great. The finished product looks high end and high quality, and the formulas are beautiful. The fact that you can reorder your custom formula when you run out and have it sent to you is also an amazing touch. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone, and it would also make the perfect gift. Thank you so much Chelsie for such a lovely experience, I will 100% be back (again!!!) ❤️

We have visited the Lip Lab in Brighton a couple of times over the last few months and have really enjoyed the experience both times. Chelsie is very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable about the makeup. On the first visit my mum made her own red lipstick with Chelsie, being able to choose the base, colour, scent makes it completely customisable and unique. The lipstick also lasts really well. On the second visit we asked Chelsie to colour match a lipstick that had been discontinued from another brand - Chelsie was able to replicate the exact shade! I would definitely recommend Lip Lab - perfect as a gift or if you’re looking for a creative/fun afternoon!

Fantastic concept and excellent products. Chelsie was very friendly and welcoming. She is passionate about what she does and very knowledgeable. She mixed me up my perfect nude liquid lipstick. It wasn’t drying and stayed in place. I’ve since been back and asked her to replicate my favourite lipstick into a liquid lipstick. The absolute bonus is that it’s all cruelty free, I have a lot of old lipsticks from companies that I’ve since discovered are not cruelty free so if I want that colour again I can now ask Chelsie to mix it up for me. Brilliant!

Highly recommend a visit to the LipLab in Brighton. Just from walking past the store I was intrigued, I am so glad I decided to pop in to find out what they are all about. As a huge fan of lipstick I was seriously really excited to find that I could make my very own shade. After giving a rough description of the colour I was after, the mixing process started. I was able to say exactly what I wanted - lighter/darker etc. It was honestly incredible. I had such a good time I decided to come back with a friend to make another lipstick and a foundation - yes they do foundation too. My foundation is incredible and matches my skin colour and needs perfectly.

This wont be my last visit here - the lipsticks are long lasting, and the colour is amazing. If you are ever in Brighton - this is the place to head to!

I had a lipstick made for me by the Lip Lab and I love it! It’s colour texture smell is fantastic also the colour stays on very well so it’s long lasting. Good solid packaging which I like as hate flimsy lip stick cases.
Excellent customer service & delivery. I love it so much I have a matching gloss on its way to me as I type! I think The Lip Alan custom lip colours will be my new addiction!
Ps. I got my custom lip stick made to order via Instagram messenger so you don’t need to Visit the shop if you don’t live in the area as I dont but I’m visiting the shop in Brighton soon but don’t let that stop you ordering your own bespoke lip colours!

My daughter and I visited yesterday and had custom made lipsticks made, what a great experience ! The lipstick is perfect and so fascinating watching it being made and changed to suit us . Chelsea was fabulous and really listened to what we wanted , which was different for both of us .BEST DAY EVER ! Thank you so much , we will be back !!!!
