I moved premise and they didn't bother to call or email to figure out why i hadn't paid their most recent invoices but instead just sold the debt and I ended up with CCJ. I had a track record of being a paying customer and had give them work during the year. These last few invoices that they sold were partly for corrective work after they had made mistakes in their plans where steels we placed into chimney breasts and above windows. These plans were altered by them at our cost. They did not have the common courtesy to call me back or respond to any of my emails after received the CCJ and to date I am yet to receive any kind of response or apology. I would far rather not be wasting further time but this is their own doing;

Poor quality workmanship
Terrible customer services.
I recommend AVOIDING this firm.
