Visited Glynwood Garden, EYES Lane Leyland. Its beautiful 3/4 acre. The owners are lovely. They told us it has taken them 25 years to develop. You can see why. The pond is lovely with water lilies and a lovely pond feature.We bought 3 plants and there is jam available. I wish we had bought some. Parking was really good along the road adjacent to the house. It was very friendly for my wife, who is disabled. We drove there from Prescot and it was very worthy.

Lovely destination and a wholesome Christmas set up in the rooms with nicely decorated trees and helpful staff..... DO NOT GO TO THE CAFE!!! Cold jacket potato's, unwashed salad and a stale "Christmas cupcake" which my partner found a hard stone in hers which would have chipped her tooth... the manager was not apologetic when we informed her and ensured her we didn't want a refund and were simply drawing it to her attention... we expected better

4 Coach House Court, Norwich. A pretty garden but very small. And a very snotty owner who didn't want to talk to anybody but her friends. In all the years I have been visiting NGS gardens I have never been made to feel so unwelcome. Unless you are know the owner personally (and are in her good books) this is not a garden I would recommend.

We've been visiting gardens open under this scheme for at least 25 years and used to enjoy them, finding plants we wanted to try and a high standard of tidiness. We don't go for the cakes, because we are gardeners ourselves.

Over the last ten years or so (excluding Covid years) the tidiness has declined, charges have increased, and new gardens with more quirks (statues, outdoor sofas) than genuine interest have been included in the scheme. OK, the idea is to make money for charity, but NGS must do that without us. We wonder how many other visitors agree?

The Grange, Leominster, Herefordshire .
Very disappointed no quality, character or interest in this garden in fact their
is hardly any garden at all, it can be all seen within five minutes, we have enjoyed all the other gardens that we have visited but this is a real let down,
people travelling a long distance will be disapointed. the garden is far to small and should not be listed.had to give it one star so i could post this review.

We have just visited Pylewell Park open garden South Baddesley Lymington. It was very difficult to find the entrance as there were no signs from the main road. The entrance to the garden was manned by a man with no ngs badge, we were not given a ticket. It was £5 each to walk round what was essentially a large lake with no garden. Even though I know the money is for a good cause I think the price is excessive to walk round a lake surrounded by woods. One of the worst open gardens we have ever been to.

Large selection of pianos you could listen to if you purchase headphones for around 2pounds Everything packed up dead on time leaving us with teh headphones to return at the entrance as noone to give them to.People in the NT rooms very helpfula nd knowledgeable Not the place to go unless you are interested in music as largely based around composers and pianos themselves
