I felt really low today and decided to go to the samaritans in Guildford. I rang the bell and immediately the door opened and a kind lady introduced herself and let me come in and offload my problems to her. She offered me tea and biscuits, she didn't judge me or criticise me, she just listened until I had stopped crying and finished outpouring my grief. This was my first time and I wanted to share my experience because if you ever feel low, just need someone to listen to you, you dont have to be suisidal, then I recommend the samaritans in Guildford
