While we wait for suitable accommodation to become available for my son, there was a small part of me that was vaguely thinking: "Don't publish a good review before he's sorted out, let's keep this organisation a secret until after my son's placement, the queues long enough as it is".

Some might question the timing, after all he's not even started, but having attended three different places and met managers and staff, I have realised they seem an order of magnitude higher in all aspects of the business.

It's an exceptional organisation. My experience of this sector is limited, comprising of 20 years experience of ensuring care for one person, but I have never found a more committed organisation that focuses on delivering care for life, should you wish, with the best staff I've seen by far.

I was in weatherspoon l'head having breky with my sis on 9.6.22 I saw 3 lovely residents from seeability. The residents were sat there while the 3 members of staff were on there phones. One was even sat on another table away from the residents she was looking after. I took photos I was so shocked. On top of that the guy looking after his residents thought it was thirsty work and was drinking a Stella artois. That's should be instant dismissal drinking on the job. What's the world coming too. I hope if seeability see this comment they will do something about it and contact me and see the photos I took.
