Not very helpful and not understanding and me and partner got learning difficulties because we don't get any help off watmos

Terrible Do not go with watmos at all they have no customer service and bad respect.. my dad passed away so im having to clear his property yet the lift has been out of service for 2 weeks and they just dont care at all will do nothing to help me there a joke. theres alot of other people sick of watmos aswell take my advice do not get a property with watmos be the worse decision you make.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. They will blatantly avoid and delay any service or repair work to the building by pretending to call you back and then end up never calling. When you finally manage to get someone over to assess the issue, they take picture and provide no information what the next step is and end up never following up.

I have had a surveyor over twice and yet no progress has been made and will most likely have to continue chasing for the next few months.

I do not recommend living in these estates unless you’re willing to sacrifice a lot of time and energy to get simple things done

Well, my first interaction with this organisation I called and literally said "I'm calling to get more information about the bedsits advertised on your website" and got the reply "you need to go to our website for more information"! I repeated that I'd just called the number the website said to call with enquiries, asked availability and eligibility criteria and the answers were short and uncaring. Given the reasons people look for bedsits, and given how they sell themselves on their website, I expected a little more professionalism. As it stands, I know I can avoid this organisation. Just a thought though, if there's a "long waiting list", remove the advertisement from the website so people like me don't waste time calling you.

Website contact form not working. Also its been more than a month and they can not complete one application. Keep asking for documents although provided all requested documents. I never heard about someone asking Driving license issued within last 3 months. If anyone know official complain procedure then share so I can follow up.

I have to say the whole application process was straight forward. A lovely lady Philippa Higgins has been very helpful and approachable via email answering all my questions re my application in a timely manner.

Disgusting service. I applied for one application and it has been months. Only to phone and to get lied too also disgusting. Lady told me to phone on Saturday when it is closed. Staff lie and website doesn't work
