This shop has now become so disappointing with it's new snobby look, items & prices. With signs everywhere saying "Don't touch this" "Don't sit on this" why have a chaise lounge if no one is allowed to sit on it. It's also taking up space so why have one? Over the years I have purchased many items from this shop which used to sell good quality items at reasonable prices. There is a distinct lack of goods for sale now with only a few select items to browse. Why change a store that used to be really busy with customers supporting your cause.

If I could give this shop no stars I would. They need to change "thrift shop" to "pseudo boutique"! For some reason they have destroyed all that was good about this shop and unless you are into buying over priced donated clothing items, there is no longer any reason to go there.

All the haberdashery section has gone and all bric a brac bar some ( again ) over priced "best" items has disappeared.

Will their profits decrease? And where are they shipping off all the items we once had a chance to purchase?

A very disappointing development in my view.

The Bridal Event they are holding at Goldsworth Park this weekend is well worth checking out. The shop has some beautiful dresses and fabulous prices. They also have lots of shoes, handbags, hats, bridemaids/page boy outfits, men's jackets, bow ties and more. The ladies and gentleman there are so helpful, offering lots of tips and contact details of other people who offer other services, i.e. hair and makeup, seamstress and a lady who makes wonderful wedding cakes. Lovely atmosphere with a glass of fizz and cupcakes offered. My future daughter-in-law bought a stunning wedding dress for £85.00 this morning, she is delighted and I am so pleased we checked out the Bridal Event.

Handy local charity shop-bought some nice things over the years for good prices. However, a bit disappointed you can't hand in donations here anymore (have to go to Knaphill warehouse)-inconvenient to locals. I suspect this is because some people had a habit of dumping donations at door (although this does still happen sometimes!)

Horrible experience and will never donate to this place again. Asked last week about specific items. Today another 2 staff members rejected the items. Which is annoying but not the worse bit. I walked in, they looked at me like a piece of dirt, and then acted put out that I’d brought in donations, a lot of which were new.

A young lady in your shop wanted to buy a red dress only to find it had a stain on it she was willing to still buy it for less than the marked price and take her chances on the stain well I was horrified buy the outcome the manager came out and told her no she could not have it they would have to take it off sale I think we were all quite shocked by the outcome I think I will be donating my things some were else from now on as you are a charity shop I would of thought some donation would of been better than nothing
