I booked an appointment one and a half weeks in advance and waited for this driver for a day. I was supposed to donate the 4 wardrobe to the charity shop, but he suddenly said that I had to dismantle it myself before he would move it. After that, I said no. I told him that I still have a washing machine and an electric cooker , and he said it was ok. I called him at 1 pm and he said he will turn up 1 hour later!I I waited for him for a whole day and he didn't show up. I called the shop and the man said they don't want it ? And shouted at me said I ! They say I change the time all day but I didn’t They are no longer a charity and are running a business model. Please don't donate anything to this store, it's a waste of time. Shouldn't even give one star! Dishonest liar

Very bad management right now. Not being able to provide the previously bought items in a proper timely manner(they have to call and to investigate were they are) and the items were scratch and in a bad condition(not their fault, the others) and the person needed me to get the item out of their storage.
They need on a furniture shop ppl to handle heavy items.
The previous guy which now works were Amelia was brilliant,10 times better.
Avoid for the moment.

This is an excellent secondhand furniture shop. It is reasonably priced. It is a shame delivery was £25. However, if you are buying a few times, it would be worth the charge.

I couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming shop to go to! There was wonderful customer service and so incredibly helpful. They when out of there way to help me find what I needed and even offered to call another store to see if they had what I was after. They really took the time to help me and I really couldn’t have asked for a more friendly place to pop into! Thank you for all your help.
