Having made an online/email enquiry, a response was sent saying I'd be called back.
For me, working in a school, I can't just drop what I'm doing to answer a call - particularly when my phone remains on silent during the day. I had 3 missed calls from an 'unknown' number. On the third attempt to call me, a voicemail was left saying I clearly didn't need their help anymore so my query had been closed. No mention of a phone number to call them as they hadn't managed to speak with them, no further email to try to make contact another way, just the assumption I didn't need help.
