I was lucky to enough to spend a whole day with Sam as I received the Nervous System Reset package and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The massage was beyond relaxing and I actually fell asleep during the vagus nerve toning (which I never normally do!) and with easily accessible meditations interspersed throughout the day, I defy anyone to not come out feeling thoroughly relaxed and having relieved/left behind some level of tension or stress. I have had the individual treatments with Sam before, as well as attended breathwork sessions, but having them all in one visit - especially combined with a reiki healing treatment from Sam which I always find a very profound and gently rejuvenating experience - makes this a truly powerful package for those needing a total reset. Thank you Sam.

First time ever having a deep tissue massage as I've been experiencing a sore back for a while and Sam was absolutely fantastic. Really friendly, knowledgeable and made laugh the whole time which made the (needed) pain much more tolerable 😉 Definitely recommended!

I have been visiting Sam for 4 years and she is the best masseur. I started to visit her post pregnancy when I had back issues, and she has seen me through another pregnancy and c-section. Sam is exceptionally good, knowledgable and so friendly. I genuinely look forward to my visits!

I’m a massage therapist who was looking to improve my knowledge of A&P and common ailments and injuries that I tend to see in clients. I wanted to improve my service to clients with these needs.

I have found Sam’s Common Medical Conditions of the lower limbs course very interesting, and easily accessible (I’m someone who has struggled with A&P in the past!) I can pick it up when best suits me to fit around my job, and there is no looming deadline which is great.

It’s the only course I managed to find that was more medically focused but as a CPD course that you can make fit around you.
