i cant put 0 stars so 1 will have to do, my local one stop is absolutely shocking , every time i go in 5/6 times a week to post parcels, i am always met with a silly excuse.

we are out of labels (they are out of labels 3 days a week)
the hand held scanner is dead (what they mean is they haven't charged it or cba to)
the most recent one is that the bags are too full, and the courier wont take any more parcels.

i have wrote to head office, i send around 20/25 parcels a week, which they will get paid to take in, granted it wont be mega money but its money, time that by how many people post from there, then how ever many other shops are doing it, the company could be losing a lot !! SORT YOUR SELF OUT

You were all amazing tonight, I turned up no card just a phone and you all helped me.thank you so much,you all went above and beyond and I'm really greatful. Every time I go to this shop it is closed for a delivery! Two days in a row and 7 times in the last 5 weeks. I have never known anything so pathetic. They now have their items delivered by Tesco and apparently the driver won`t bring the stuff in the shop! and they don`t have enough staff to keep it open when a delivery is made. Simple solution, Get another member of staff or get your dairy products elsewhere.

Was in one stop last night in Ludlow. The heat knocked you back it was unbearable, apparently the air con broke down over a week ago and the shop has no manager so the poor staff were left high and dry !! The food stuff out was literally going off in front of you !! I tried calling there head office to complain and no answer on there phone, perhaps they have had a meltdown in there HQ, !! Seriously though it was a cool day yesterday in comparison.

apparently it is acceptable in the Sherbourne Road, Oakridge Basingstoke store to yell abuse at your customers when they ask you to move your car so they can get out of their car and go to work. it's also acceptable apparently to stop complaints going in by refusing to give your managers contact details and apparently calling head office find it okay to NOT pick up the phone and to reject the call. Not the way to keep customers Amazon deliver and there are other shops we can go to
