This is where the magic started. Dr. Edward Bach created the 38 remedies from simple plants to treat almost any human, plant or animal condition.
They are special medicines/remedies whatever you want to call them. And they are gaining a slow acceptance all over the world.
This is a quiet little pilgrimage place for Bach practitioners, where the remedies are prepared even today as they were a few decades ago.
They offer training courses on the Bach Remedies as well as little guided tours of the garden where the plants grow. Also quickie consultations for visitor groups. Call them in advance.
They are genuinely nice people wanting to make a difference to the way people treat illness and kindle that spark of health in everyone into a fire.
Dr. Bach's study, his chairs which he made himself, his bed and other memorabilia are lovingly preserved.
Unless you are a fan, this is just another quaint country house. Be warned about that.
I absolutely love the place and would definitely want to come again and again for some visits.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, the garden was peaceful and the house interesting to see where Dr Bach had achieved so much and where they still produce the remedies as he had over 70years ago.
