I don’t feel you parked too near to my car, you clearly did.

The main issue was carrying heavy equipment over my car; if you think this behaviour doesn’t reflect your company and is deemed acceptable then please expect people’s vehicles to be damaged by this employe. Consideration is free.

Also to add; you mentioned that you feel I should have mentioned it to your staff; I did. I made it very clear I wasn’t very happy with the situation and your staff unfortunately ignored me.

I purchased my new car recently to find this company thinks it’s acceptable to carry wheel barrows and heavy equipment over my car. The gap they left was unacceptable, not to mention discourteous and ill mannered.

I am writing to personally thank you for the piling job that was recently carried out at Hawes Villa Campsite. I am very impressed with your company and the manner in which it is operated.

My experience with Vxcel Piling from start to finish couldn't have been any better.

My initial inquiry was made via a telephone conversation with a lady called Rian, who was very friendly yet professional. She knew exactly what she was talking about, and my inquiry was dealt with swiftly and effectively. Rian kept me well informed and up to speed with everything throughout the entire process.

I would also appreciate it if you could pass on my regards to Shawn and Hysen. They worked tirelessly and brought my project in well on time. Hysen never stopped and never complained—he just cracked on and got everything on-site and into position, ready for Shawn to drive the piles. Shawn was very skillful with the piling machine and managed to maneuver it into some tight and awkward places with ease. I could tell that he was very experienced—not only with the piling machine but also with his knowledge of groundworks in general.

I can honestly say it has been an absolute pleasure working with Vxcel, and you have some brilliant employees who work together so well. Everything just worked out perfectly without any hassle.

I will definitely use your company again and will be recommending it to others.

Fabulous service! I can not recommend this company enough! After huge stress and heart ache with previous failed foundations, Steve and Rhonan completed piling in two days and did an incredible job. To say I’m pleased is a huge understatement!

If your project is anything like mine and you’ve come to the conclusion that you need a piled solution for your project… look no further than Vxcel.

The team are professional, friendly, competent and you can tell that they love what they do.

The friendly office based team (Yvonne and Rhian) listened to my project needs, answered all of my questions (no matter how silly) and found a solution that worked within budget. I didn’t feel like they were trying to get rid of me at any point even though I could hear the phones ringing in the background. Thanks Yvonne and Rhian.

The project manager (Giant Shaun) came out to site before works were due to start and put my mind at ease. Given that I am no ground worker, I was concerned that my trench wasn’t perfect but he put my mind at rest and informed me that it was actually much better than what they normally have to work with!! Thanks Shaun.

The site based team (A-Team Steve and Ro) were the icing on the cake. These guys worked so hard to drive nine piles (some 6 metres deep) in a single visit. The following day, it was chucking it down with rain but they were upbeat and ready to finish the job off. They even forwent having lunch on both days to ensure the job got done on programme. We made sure to keep them topped up on coffee and biscuits.

To round up… if you have any doubts, you honestly shouldn’t. Vxcel are the piling team that you need on your project.

Hysen and Owen was brilliant from the start very knowledgeable and cracked on with the job from the minute they arrived.

Vxcel completed the groundwork, piling and concreting for our extension. They started almost a week early and completed the job in just over a week. The workmen worked incredibly hard to get things finished in time for the building inspector, who said everything looked great! Thank you to everyone, we couldn't be happier!

Excellent, professional and faultless service from the offset. I wasn’t prepared to have to pile poor ground as I believed the ground to be suitable to build a house extension only to discover that it wasn’t! I contacted Vxcel on a recommendation from another neighbour who had previously used the companies services. I’m so so happy with how quickly and professionally everything was dealt with. No problem was too much to sort for the team that attended. A special thank you to Yvonne who not only kept me calm in the middle of a potential emotional breakdown but for her positive, personal and informative approach to getting me through an unforeseen circumstance in the middle of an already stressful house build.
