My sister is a resident at The Palace House and management and staff care very well. I call her from canada and staff is very courteous to connect me with her very often. Manager, Nenne is very kind to share her progress with me and main reason to add a review today was her birthday celebration in the palace House today. She was very happy. They also provide her proper care, traditional halal food and staff who speak her language. She doesn’t have family members living in the same city but this palace house has become a family for our princess.

My Nanna passed away at this home earlier today and we would just like to say how brilliant the staff have been. Since she first arrived at the home but especially today. They really couldn't of been any more hospitable. We have a large family too and our presence was definitely noticeable but they went out of their way to accommodate us. Most importantly they took great care of my Nanna during her final days. For that we are forever grateful. Would highly recommend.

Today my wife and 8 sisters and brothers lost there mum who was staying in palace house. What fantastic staff who cared for her till the end. As big family who all stayed with mum throghout the night and day nothing was too much trouble for both night and all day staff. Thankyou from the cooper family.

This home is amazing there staff are caring and friendly couldn't wish for a nicer place to put your family they are so cared for I had no worries about leaving my uncle there they fo lots of activity with the reserdents it was a very pleasent experience highly recomended
