We had a great day here today with Adrian. The climbing was challenging but not too difficult and therefore easily manageable. My son and I would like to thank the entire team and especially Adrian for the wonderful day.

Our zip wire booking had to be cancelled due to maintenance but we’re offered the tour in place of it and boy are we glad we did it! Erin, our instructor was fabulous. So friendly and helpful with great communication throughout. Completed the first quarry, traversing the rocks followed by the high wire then into the second quarry which was more challenging but great fun followed by the zip wire across. The cafe was great- good food, coffee and service. Overall a great experience with beautiful setting, views and lots of fun. Will be recommending this!

An amazing location. Enjoyed the adventure zone, but the classic tour was brilliant. Would recommend pre-booking, as we didn't and we had to wait around for next session (roads are narrow getting to it and we didn't want to do it more than we had to!) Was definitely worth it and would definitely recommend going if you enjoy climbing!

Special thanks to Ben (one of the instructors) who helped my 8yr son to complete the circuit... my son was latterly started with crying (as he was sacred 😢 😭) and ended up with full smile and want to do it again. BEN boosted his confidence level on every single steps.

We also hv tony as a instructors who was also experienced and motivator there was another child in our group aged 13 he helped him to support and let him finished the 1st circuit..

This is really a family friendly site. And they keep SAFETY 💯 👌 all the time as a priority.

I wish i will get back there again when i visit cornwall...

I recently had an exhilarating experience with Via Ferrata Adventures, and I can't recommend it highly enough! The 3-hour rock climbing and zip wire fun experience was an absolute blast. From the moment we arrived, the friendly and knowledgeable staff made us feel at ease, providing thorough safety briefings and ensuring everyone was equipped with the right gear.

Our instructor, Leah, was simply amazing! Despite being so young, she exuded confidence and expertise, guiding us through each step of the adventure with patience and encouragement. Her enthusiasm was infectious, making the experience even more enjoyable.

The rock climbing portion was both challenging and rewarding, with stunning views that made every ascent worthwhile. The routes were well-designed, catering to different skill levels, which helped build confidence while pushing us to our limits. The highlight, however, was the zip wire—soaring over the landscape was an adrenaline rush like no other! The combination of climbing and zip-lining created an unforgettable adventure that left me feeling accomplished and invigorated.

The beautiful surroundings added to the overall experience, making it a perfect day out for anyone looking to embrace the great outdoors. Whether you're an experienced climber or a complete novice, Via Ferrata Adventures offers a fantastic way to enjoy rock climbing and zip-lining in a safe and fun environment. Active afternoon climbing around the gorge and flying across on the zip wire. Views were amazing and our guide was good fun.

Lots of different activities on offer and our sons age 10 and 12 loved the zip wire. Really recommend it and the cafe is awesome too!

There’s a lovely nature walk you can do and get more information on the gorge and surrounding habitat.

Also raises money for a really worthwhile cause and as many young people as possible should experience the different activities in such beautiful surroundings.

This was such a fun experience to do as a family of five. We visited on a Tuesday in October and had a fantastic time. Our kids are 13, 11, and 8 and loved every minute. The courses are a perfect level of challenge and so much fun. Our favourite parts were the sections with the rope bridge and zip-wire. Best of all are the staff. The first person we met on reception was warm, friendly and extremely welcoming. Our guides were Oli and Alfie. They were really great at their jobs, making sure everyone was happy and comfortable. They were really encouraging and made the experience exceptional. Best of all, all the profits go to their charity. We can highly recommend.

This is an absolutely fantastic experience. Beautiful spot and the activities are just challenging enough so that you feel you have achieved something - but totally do-able for all ages. We were in a mixed group of 10 with ages from 12 to mid 60s and everyone loved it. The instructors are brilliant. Really engaged with their work and engaging with the groups. It felt safe and we loved it.
