Access team are horrific. The manager sends out emails with patients details (from a care plan that was done 3 years ago) and edits the details in this care plan as
A staff member from access team has told me or she breaches other peoples details. As what the access team has told me is on my care plan from over 2 years ago was never on my care plan. I have the paper care plan still to this date and this care plan was still the same without the information back in november 2021 but now the information is different in november 2023.
Just after this manager has taken over. This has caused difficulties and the manager should not be sending emails to all of the access team about a patient unless she has spoken to the paitent or has spoken to the patients care team none of which have been done.

Appaling if your in crisis you may as well not bother contacting access as they really do not care about patients since this new manager started with access team.

Mpft are corrupt social workers. Anthony Holmes targets vulnerable adults who need support when they are suffering from dementia. He asked my mother who has lost capacity and so confused about her finances. She needs support not social workers trying to con her out of money. He forced her to put her property on the market.

Tgis is full 0f idot doctors wh can read ilgal paper work thats cover by law and also dont lession to xlient in steand give you a mendeal illness that dont cover by law and really ant got nothing to do with you .but covers it up makes up excuses write to obseman what a waste of time so everybody by these have boarderline in the world this hospital should be a shamed of what damage mental damage its course the victem and should putvit right by law .and take it out by law this is law of england and look at whatvpaperwork the client as and sort out there mess before it goes to court and paper get there hands on it .maybre they gave lots of other people illness they dont have by law .shame on biggest mental health trust in england
