Today I came in nervous with using a new brand, but Liv's atmosphere was truly amazing, not only did she give me an amazing foundation that works with my skin type, but she walked me through techniques to use to improve my makeup looks! It was absolutely phenomenal, the way she helped me through this unfamiliar step forward in makeup 10/10 no complaints!

I wanted to get my foundation colour and to learn more about make up and Liv was absolutely brilliant with me, really inclusive lovely atmosphere and she answered every question I had. I am a complete beginner to make up and Liv walked me through everything she was doing and explaining it so I feel I have a much better idea of what I am doing now, so thank you for everything!
Between her and Amanda over at No7 I really took up way too much of their time but they never made me feel rushed or unwanted so thank you both!

I had a fantastic experience having my foundation matched, liv was great and really helped me and never made me feel rushed or anything. I ended up buying a blush/bronzer as well which I LOVE! I will definitely be returning for future purchases! Excellent customer service!
