A lovely quiet, peaceful and safe place to go, the only problem is the parking, the street is a very packed street and you could miss the entrance to the Elm Foundation and when you get to the entrance it's quite tight to turn in due to all the cars on the street.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE they have a member of staff called jane i wont put her surname but she discusses patient confidential info to her friends and other mums on the school playground then i reported it to there manager and to cover up what jane had done they made a false allegation to the social care against me these people might help at times but my advice use a different company/service as they are a broken service in many ways

Very vad refugee very low hygiene ,nappy bins in bathroom very smelly cant do bath.no childern cups or plate,support worker meant to give you support, i stayed 5 months i done most work by myself.like apply house or your benefit. all staff including manager same not helping just giving residents stress.even they not deserve 1 star.6 families there only 1 support worker.everything sharing including kitchen bath,dinning hall.pay as go washing machines which is very costly if you pay yr service charges.disgusting place.very bad experience.
