I have worked for cinnamon Trust and they do amazing work for all animals. Now I'm older I help with donations when I can. Buying the lovely Christmas cards which my friends and family love. I am very disappointed with my cards this year they are not as good as the previous 15 years I've had them 😞 sorry.

Love The Cinnamon Trust!
I have been a volunteer for a number of years and have been well looked after by the team.
They have matched me with local people who need their dogs exercised; which of course has helped my physical and mental health too.
Having that commitment a couple times a week has ensured that I got out and met at least one other person and walked for 20-30 minutes; it has complimented my running training and when I can’t run I can walk - with a dog.
It’s a Win-Win-Win.

A friend of mine is in care at the moment, so lv been the contact for her two dogs Toby and Jonty who are being looked after in the cinnamon trust Hayle,l can't thank them enough for there ongoing care and support there giving them and are always there on the phone with updates of how there doing, such lovely helpful staff these dogs have such health issues, there older dogs and need a lot of help and love which is is given in abundance ,there were taken to the beach ⛱️ which was wonderful have a lovely pic of them to share with the owner, keep up the good work, 👍

I recently pre ordered some items from the Cinnamon Trust Shop and arranged to collect them when I visited Cornwall from Cheshire. Upon my arrival the large parcel was nicely packed and waiting for me and I was delighted with the quality of my items. I met Hannah who was very helpfull and willing when I had ordered them over the phone and it was nice to be able to put a face to a name. As I had saved on the postage I also made a donation which when I arrived home there was a letter of thanks. I have been a supporter of this charity for several years as I fully believ in its ethos. I couldn't help to notice whilst I was sat in the office the number of calls coming through to the telephone requiring help. The lady on the switchboard board was very helpfull and showed empathy before transferring the call to her colleagues to try and arrange assistance. This is a very busy and in my opinion a worthwhile charity. Keep up all your good amazing work helping people and their beloved pets. Thank you to the charity, staff, volunteers and everyone involved.

People make a place and with this in mind I simply cannot recommend this charity: until now they make me sick remembering how they treated me. I was helping them for a number of years promoting their names in London etc when they asked me if I could temporarily foster a cat as the old owner died apparently. I felt so sorry for the cat and I decided to take her in, yet they kept away from me this was a feral cat, used to live in/out of the house and not in a London flat.

The cat would come 'alive' only at night. The second night she woke me up with things she broke and the strong smell coming from her urine. I was very tired after 48 hours of no proper sleep, worrying so much about her, so I only cleaned the urine and went to sleep living the window open to breathe fresh air. Being honest, next day I called the charity to tell them what happened and that the cat ran away. Instead of being understanding, they allowed one woman to keep abusing me over the phone, neverming not speaking to me in a respectful manner or simply professional. She was blaming me because the cat ran away, keeping quiet about the fact they lied to me about so many issues. Shame on the charity and for employing such people. Shame on them for not being honest. I will never forget this story. I discussed this with people from around the world and everybody agreed with me, there is no way to treat people who help charities. It did not put me though off from helping other charities, it only saddens me that people with issues are allowed to extend their negativity under their pretence of being charitable.

I sought assistance from this charity as my 93 year old Mum had a health crisis and needed her cat looked after for a while. I found the reply from them dismissive and cold, I was pretty devastated by the reply.
