Affordable builders knocked through a load bearing 2nd floor wall and installed a RSJ, removed and built new stud work and completely gutted and refitted an en-suite. Good communication and very hard work through out, would recommend.

Osvaldo's, Affordable Builders Ltd, is extremely hardworking, conscientious and highly skilled within his profession. Nothing was to much trouble when it came to knocking down and rebuilding our front wall, relaying our larger than average patio with steps and totally landscaping our front garden and drive from start to finish. He worked in all weathers in order to get the job done for us in a short timescale. He comes highly recommended and his rates were by far the most competitive. We are very happy with the works he has carried out for us and will definitely use his services again Stuart & Sophie

We have used Osvaldas on many projects from extensions to fences, to painting the outside of my house ,building me a custom size pagoda and decking my garden.
