Absolutely useless repairs and servicing below standard and worse than when started . Accent lie to you the customer services team fob you off , don't help you. Everytime I phone or want them they are not taking calls due to things out of there control . Where's the housing officer don't they have any now. The reviews speak volumes Accent 1* I'm not surprised. Maybe if everyone withheld rent they may up there game. The Windows we had put in 2023 Oct are worse than the original ones 30 years old. Pay cheap get monkeys !! I was promised a property and today I find out its been offered elsewhere disgusted !!!

It's cold outside, no heating, no boiler, no gas for 7days now is unexceptable to humanity.. its classed as a emergency but still waiting on part.. part should have been there within 2days not 7days ongoing..

Evil people,all they care about is their rent. More profit , no repairs if you have 1 month arrears they call you day and night continuously from the clerk to the CEO. If you have an emergency repair you will call a 100 times and they turn deaf ears .They can’t hear you bcoz you are not talking their language (profit)Rent payment.
The ombudsman/ Council have sided with them otherwise they should not be allowed to trade with this low standard quality services .
They don’t even call for tenants meetings at all.They can’t deal with anti behaviour as well.

I wouldn’t recommend getting a property with Accent Housing. Absolute shocking company. I lived in one of their properties for over 4 years and within them 4 years I’ve had to deal with rising damp and mould. It ruined everything I owned and no matter how much I tried to clean it and ventilate the property it never went away. It was so bad my walls from floor to ceiling was covered in mould and was damp to the touch. I was never offended any support and when I tried calling to get the repairs fixed I was fobbed off or I would be left for months on end without anyone coming to look at the issues. When contractors would come and have a look I would always be told something different and the works would never get done. All they did within those 4 years was fit 2 extractor fans which made it worst as they fitted the wrong fans. It left me no choice but to find somewhere else to live as it was getting so bad it was making me and my child seriously ill. They don’t value or care about their tenants. But as soon as you’ve underpaid your rent by a couple pennies there soon on your case. But when it actually comes to repairs they just don’t care. They’re happy to take peoples rent every month and charge ridiculous fees for services that don’t get done but can’t use any of that to fix the issues tenants are having. I wasn’t the only tenant within my block or flats that had problems. They’re literally falling apart, holes in the roofs damp and mould infested flats. Just problems after problems and when repairs do get done there so bodged most of the time you’re calling Accent back up. So if anyone is looking to get a property through Accent Housing please be warned and prepare for the problems that come with them.

Accent is soo useless. I’ve lived in my flat nearly 5 years now and the amount of times I’ve complained about the mould and damp, taps leaking, pipes leaking is an absolute joke! My son is 1 and a half and has been hospitalised twice due to the mould and damp and they say they will call you back and NEVER do! Had some on come out a few weeks back to fix my taps and broke my tiles of the wall too and left it like that. Absolutely horrendous!!

Very poor service, they should look after property but all they can say it’s on your own responsibility. My pipes under sink was blocked kicked out my electricity couldn’t work, kitchen in water in result flooded my neighbors who’s lights went off as well in result nobody helped. Absolutely great service, lady on phone like from planet Mars could not figure out anything just as robot repeated same thing and I guess supervisor from the same planet. Very disappointing

Awful housing association. They don’t deal with anti social behaviour and fly tipping on their sites. They charged the new rent which was due after the first of April in march. I’ve put a complaint into the ombudsmen something needs to chang with this lot

The only reason I'm giving 1 start is because I haven't got the option of putting minus 5, the help, support of this housing association is a joke. My friend has lived in one of your properties for 9 years and the service is getting worse and worse (it was terrible in the first place) the repair and made safe for the shower she has was to remove the broken doors and leave the broken tiles on the floor for her to clean up, tiles that fell on her and caused bruises. Leaving the floor exposed to cause mold to grew. When she tries to call in for an emergency repair and sends over the photos, 20 minutes later the phone lines are saying report a emergency repair only which takes about 6 hours if your lucky to get through no one has helped this woman and the house is falling apart, this is not acceptable and ridiculous.
