hidden gem
My mum arrived at florance house in October 2021on a short stay bases to find out what care home life was like after a nasty fall..She has since moved in permanently and is really happy there.
I can not recommend this care home enough from the day she moved in I knew she was safe and would be well looked after. All her care need and more are met. The staff group work hard nothing is too much trouble and they are so friendly. It has a very homely atmosphere to it..I love visiting there. ❤

My mother lived at Florence House from 2017-2021 and had some of the best years of her life there as a happy, valued and loved older person living with dementia. This wonderful home treated her as a member of the family

Killed off most of the residents after staff got jabbed and were shedding, giving the residents whatever they'd been injected with. Then blamed some make believe variant.
