This is a great community facility providing lots to Eastbourne residents. Friendly coffee centre lots of rooms to hire, a charity shop and people to talk to. A Christian ethos. Well managed.

Ungrateful!! Not only have I been a customer of the community shop for many years, I have also donated many goods to them going back to the early days when the shop was run efferently. However, from my experience the other day, this will come to an end due to the rude and ungrateful member of staff that reacted to new garden trolly which I paid £80 for and decided to donate! He seemed to think it would take up too much space and then referred to the cat tree I donated a few days before which they had for sale at quite a high price which was taking up more of his beloved space! Well, I am sure both items will sell and you will no doubt, yet again, enjoy the money raised for your so called "charity". However, this will be the last you see of me in your shop!

I am registered disabled and I had to attend a meeting at this venue, when I arrived, there was a car parked in the disabled bay, that did not have a disabled badge, so I could not park close to the entrance, my meeting was upstairs and the disabled lift was not working.
Not a good experience if you are a disabled person.

I took the opportunity to visit with my son whilst on shared parental leave. My wife had already been taking him so he was used to going but I was very surprised, it's very well staffed, plenty of activities and toys and there is even an outside area. We had a lot of fun!

I went to am Easter fayre here and it was wonderful. The charity shop inside was great too. It would be a great hall to hire for an event.
