I am currently 3 weeks into a "Strength and Balance " 17 week course. The staff presenting the sessions are enthusiastic, helpful and good humoured, making the hour long sessions a pleasure. There are many other activities available, such as book reading, but I haven't tried any.

Asked for an assessment appointment & missed the guys call as a friend called (no time was set for him calling) just a date.
He left a message which was not very easy to understand so I called the centre & made another appointment and 3 1/2 weeks later still not had the call.
Do not recommend this service at all.
