Celebrated my kids bday at the community centre, could not ask for a perfect location, clean, organized and friendly venue!! All parents who attended kept complementing the venue.. Special thank you to Ian, Mark & Caroline - making my sons experience memorable occassion:)

Now no longer a vaccination centre, but run by the community for the community. Park in the Waterfront car park: the footpath takes you to the door! Disabled parking available…….

Staff at the vaccination job were lovely, efficient and skilled - thank you but this building, such a lost opportunity. What happened to the original documented provision that this building would be for the use of Harbour residents. The council soon flattened that. I applaud the current use as a vaccination centre but what about community usage.

I took someone for their covid vaccination.
The service was excellent.
Literally gave personal details, two people in front of us queuing and then was called forward very swiftly.
Nice chap who explained brilliantly to my passenger and no need to wait as I was driving.

Could not book Booster appointment for this place on line either NHS app of Sussex Health Care website. Decided to use Walk In service. What a joke. Arrived 10.40 am got jabbed 1.10 pm. Two and a half hours wait in the cold. Absolutely appalling service. Only one nurse available to vaccinate 150 people with First, Second or Booster vaccines. Try to book appointment or wrap up warm as its a long wait.

Very quick and efficient at administering vaccine. The location is not so good though as it’s terrible for access. The path from the Waterfront car park has no dropped kerb so my dad had to try and straddle his mobility scooter up onto it which was really precarious. Thank goodness he had the portable one otherwise he’d never have been able to get on it. It also has a steep drop on one side and is very narrow so there’s no room for two vehicles to pass each other such as pushchairs or mobility scooters. I saw a person with a Zimmer frame struggling to get there. Once down this dodgy path, there is then a circuitous route to get into the place. I’d really caution anyone work mobility issues to go elsewhere.
