I waited today. February 11. from 9.15 in the morning. in the queue. in your church all soul I am a Greek EE citizen. And you only served the English. Any English person who came waited ten minutes and you called him. I am sick I have depression. and hepatitis B. and disability in my back. and a stomach ulcer.. and you had me waiting for two hours.. shame on you. this lady who coordinates with the long star hair. to tell me to go away I am not giving you help.. not to wait like a beggar for alms..Why do you allow the English to come and shout and threaten that they should be served first. and not in order. someone change the people who are not capable. and call the police

The volunteers are always so lovely, friendly and helpful. They put food in my kids belly when we are struggling and that makes them amazing in my opinion. There is never any judgement and you leave feeling better knowing no one is going hungry. Brilliant!

Wouldn't answer their doorbell nor phone despite calling during their open hours. It is embarassing to have to use a foodbank and then to stand outside for 20 minutes waiting for someone makes it even worse. Horrible service.

Foodbanks are an unfortunate necessity, but it is so great that they are full of dedicated staff and volunteers willing and able to help those in need. They can't be given enough praise for the work they do.
