Apart from Dean, all the staff are lovely. Pity he is the manager and has a can't be bothered attitude. Very disrespectful to my Dad , when he was alive. No understand of the needs of a 90 year old. Apparently having a UTI isn't a reason for behaviour to change.
I think you will find DEAN that it is and you should understand that . Spoke to me about my Dad like he was a naughty 10 year old.
Owners apologised and agreed it could have been handled more sensitively but Dean couldn't be bothered to get in touch.

On the basis that Dean runs the place I wouldn't recommend any one moves a family member in.

My mother has been a resident at Beechwood Grove for just over a month and I have been overwhelmed by the level of care and support she is receiving there! All members of staff have huge smiles on their faces and are incredibly friendly. The activities are excellent and so varied, and visitors are welcome to join in(I was sad to have missed out on the fudge tasting the other day!). My mother has dementia so often can’t remember what she has been doing but thanks to a brilliantly run facebook page I am able to remind her and show her pictures of her partaking in all the activities! The cafe in the reception area does great bean to cup coffee and there are always fresh baked treats and other snacks to munch on. It makes a great area for you to spend time with your resident relatives/friends. I really cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you Beechwood for being so amazing!

Simply exceptional.
First rate staff and facilities. Always exceptional in each of their roles, each team member work as an integrated unit to look after a loved one. Be in no doubt, when needing to select a new home on behalf of your family member, this place is the finest. Have spent considerable time at Beechwood Grove recently and observed the team utilise the well considered (and evolving) general use rooms and gardens. A programme of actives and events complements thoughtful support for each client. Overall, don’t hesitate, check it out yourself!

Words cannot express the gratitude I feel towards all of the wonderful members of staff at Beechwood grove.
From the efficient management team ,highly skilled nurses ,the chirpy reception staffs, the loving , caring and friendly care team.

Hi I would just like to thank everyone at this amazing Care Home for the care and support given to my mother since she moved in.
From the lovely ladies who do the laundry, very quick turn around , to Dave the friendly Maintenance
guy , Sean head chef, and Robert who make every effort to ensure my Mother
has her lactose free diet.
Receptionists always ready to help with small technical problems , and Carers who provide assistance in bathing etc.
Senior Carers ,especially Sally ,do amazing job liasing with Dr on Mums behalf.
There really is too much to mention , but my biggest shout out is to the Activity Team who go over and above to help Residents settle and be entertained, but particularly in Mum's case to enable her to continue to play her favourite game of Rummikub.
