A lot smaller than before and not well organised. No more furniture only books, bric-a-brac and clothes.

Easy parking to drop stuff off is a real bonus here. Shame they don't have a bigger display area but have picked up a few books and bits and pieces. Lot of toys on show

Great place. We have donated relatives items, and our own, and our daughter who is on a very low income has bought several things there too. Lovely people and wide selection. A great way to support the charity.

Absolute shambles I'm afraid and so frustrating - we have a house full of lovely furniture that we want to donate. I've tried emailing via the website and waited on hold at the end of a phone for over an hour before giving up despite the message telling me that I'm #1 in the queue! I appreciate its a charity and must rely on some volunteers but I'm also aware that they have employees. The CEO/commercial director needs to get a grip because people will lose faith in the commercial arm despite the undoubtedly great job that the hospice itself does

So much in this charity shop (Well, warehouse to be honest), as a buyer I is a veritable treasure trove. However, at the moment you have to call ahead and get a timed slot if you want to donate, so don't go loading up the car and expect them to take it off your hands. Fortunately the local recycling centre is not far, but not exactly where I wished my items to end up.
+ Additional February 2024 + This warehouse is a shambles now. When I first wrote the above nearly 3 years ago, items were a reasonable (or very cheap price), for example all books 5 for £1. Now books are £1 each, even pamphlets that were originally free (which I would be happy to pay 20p for). CDs were 50p each, no longer in the warehouse, now most in the old Bonners store are priced £2 or more. Everything is now too expensive, so I will not be donating nor going to any of their shops again, I'll choose a charity that will sell my items for a reasonable price. Changed from 4-stars to 1-star.
