Worst place to ever exist !!!! They say they pride themselves on excellence. But that's only for the privileged people in the know. Tjays only a small slither of redundant ex addicts. The truth is that that cant, won't, do or ever care about anyone else but themselves.

My friends been in to this place every day for four days and everyday they say they havnt got the staff to see him. Always seems to be lots of staff but no one to help and noone to answer the phone or call you back either!
Fifth day no call back as promised.
So what exactly does this service employ people at all for? So they can take nice pictures congratulating themselves on the volunteeting their doing, internet and in the papers ? My friend had been treated so badly by these services . He came in for help and walked all the way there every day for four days early in morning they said get here first thing. Then they sent him home. Not staff to assess him.
I cant believe after reading the website its the same place what a joke!
