It all depends what you need help with Simon is very good if you can get an appointment with him. As for my dealings with anyone else I would have to say my experiences have been more on the negative side in regards to help and advice. Unfortunately in my case I was let down on more than three occasions and I wasn't impressed. One of the main problems was miss information on their part aswell as not keeping in contact to let you know possible important information. I am sure they are very nice people but if you are desperate for help and they are letting you down time after time it can wear on you a little bit. But if you have some free time on your hands and you wanna colour in some pretty print off pictures while having a coffee then definitely give it ago.

Since Covid my life has been turned upside down yet Jo has been there not only for a friendly chat and support, but to offer access to services I would never have known about and are so helpful. Staff are helpful! Found IAN from connect us project involve North West very helpful! and found someone called MARTIN to help fill pip forms out properly for me 🙂 also at a later date also found me someone else to fill universal credit U50 assessment form in also 🙂 Thanks .

Just like all the other local businesses palm you off with the Citizen Advice bureau.

I called involve northwest absolutely broken and broke, I'd been given their number by my counsellor. I spoke to someone who said they would call me back, I'm still waiting for the call. I needed help to sort my UC claim as they didn't pay me for three months (which I'm still having problems with) I had to go back to work before I was ready with no help off involve northwest or the government.

I have never been myself however my partner attends regularly for Reiki. She has recently recovered from alcohol problems and sometimes gets a bit down being isolated . However after her sessions here here whole persona become so positive and optimistic. Great work.
