Proper farmers show. Plenty of livestock and also some great stalls and interesting tents. Had a great day and drove there and back through beautiful countryside.

By special arrangement was able to park overnight after attending an annual dinner at Vale of Nidd Masonic Hall, so we were able to enjoy our night without worrying about drink driving, not that we got overly merry anyway. Car park nice and flat and we were parked over by the river. If you want to visit Pateley Bridge this is definitely the spot to park.

My partner and i have been coming to the Nidd show for about 6 years, the diversity, and friendliness of the lovely people and fabulous animals at this show is second to none, we look forward to attending the. Show as part of our weeks holiday in September thanks to our friends up at Thrope Farm in Lofthouse.
