I had the pleasure of meeting Carolyn last week at Loxley Park, Carolyn is the client liaison manager.

I had booked a visit to check out the facility for my aging parents. One who has Altzheimers, the other just frail, so I am in the process of shopping around for what may become inevitable.

While LP is currently full and with a long waiting list, it is food for thought and perhaps somewhere that might be right sometime in the future.

Carolyn was fantastic, detailed information about the facility as well as incredibly helpful information about care in general and what is available in the home (which at present is more what my parents need), she went above and beyond with this information and I am very grateful.

I know for a fact that carers work very hard and many for very low wages, anyone doing this kind of work for a career deserves way more than the meagre pay they receive.

My name is Susan St Nicholas and i have provided entertainment a couple of times a year for over 5 years. The whole building is beautiful with facilities and activities which appear to be second to none. Caring staff, attentive with ideas and activities to appeal. (See video attached ) I always get a guest apartment to get changed for my show so always say it must be the best dressing room anyone could have. Likewise I joke when its time then I think this will be an ideal place for me to live!

Well what can I say, Loxley Park is truly amazing. I visited recently and can honestly say I was very impressed. Staff were very attentive, happy and caring. From walking into the reception and walking out I felt reassured that my loved one will be well cared for on their respite stay. Thank you Loxley Park for a great visit.

My mum has been living at Loxley Park for 2 years now and she is happy and settled. The staff are always so friendly towards mum and myself and it is comforting for me to know that mum is been looked after so well. If I ever need to discuss anything Carolyn is my point of call and she is always helpful and quick to sort anything out. I cannot praise her enough - she is a credit to Avery.
The accommodation and facilities are great and the entertainment is varied and keeps mum entertained.
I would be happy to recommend Loxley Park to anyone who is thinking of moving there.

As a T'ai Chi teacher I've been visiting Loxley Park on a weekly basis for a few years now and always look forward to it. Classes are well attended and appreciated but there are many options, provided by a well organised and friendly activities team. The setting, by the river in Loxley valley is beautiful with well maintained gardens. A pleasure to visit. Ken Thomas x

I visit Loxley Park regularly and I can say that the Assisted Living concept is great. The recent refurbishments have improved the communal standards to that of a hotel.
The Manager Sue is highly dedicated to the service and drives her team with support from the Deputy Manager Rachel, to achieve the best service.
The Care team deliver a truly personalised service from supporting with Daily living to walking the pet pooch!
The menus delivered by Head Chef Simon and his team are top notch with a hotel dining experience.
Every staff member contributes in their own way to make Loxley Park what it is today.

Well done to each and every team member at Loxley Park. You are all great!

Loxley Park is a wonderful place in beautiful surroundings. The staff are amazing with nothing being too much trouble. Service and care is first class, you won't find a better place.

Since struggling with his mobility, my dad has lived at Loxley Park for the past 2 years. He has received excellent care from all of the staff, which has increased as his health has deteriorated. Dad loves the meals and enjoys walking in the beautiful grounds as well as taking part in the various activities available. The flat is spacious and ideal for his mobility needs. I would certainly recommend it!
