一般人にとって、弁護士に相談する事自体が、敷居が高いことですが、相談の内容を把握の上で、相談者の立場を考えて対応を考えて下さるので、いざという時には、頼りになる"弁護士さん"だと思います。

私が被害者である民事・刑事事件でお世話になりましたが、口頭契約で伝えられた金額の2倍以上の額を請求され、2次被害を弁護士から被りました。弁護士って被害者のために雇われる身で認識齟齬ないでしょうか。

そもそも母校からの紹介で伺わせて頂いており、口頭契約でもよかれと信頼してた私も悪いのですが、示談金を数ヶ月預かりっぱなしで私に自ら連絡なかったです。精算要請も私からしました。

担当者の弁護士が女性人権関連の政治に立候補されることをお伺いしておりますが、私は支持できません。契約事項を守れず、東京弁護士会で調停される人を信頼することはできません。きっと、社会的地位や経済力がない人は訴えすらできないんでしょう。それがもっと腹立ちます。

お客さんのこと馬鹿にしている弁護士が、政治家になることは私は支持できませんで、このようなレビューをかかせていただきました。

調停の場でも、額の調整に応じた私へ”これまで有難うございました”で済むことではないと思います。本当サービスとして最低レベル。
