Where in the world will our travels take us?

We were looking for coffee and it was lunch time, so we stopped in after seeing a sign on the road.

Our party had the beef burger and a tuna Mayo panini. EXCELLENT.

We had a round of Yorkshire tea, and it was wonderful. Proper, with milk of course.

We walked up to the Chatsworth House and when we got back from taking that tour, we stopped in for coffee and a cool refreshing drink.

The proprietor was on site and extremely friendly to visit with. The wait staff and baristas are friendly and professional, and cheerful.

They have both indoor and outdoor seating, and it is a very relaxed environment. Highly recommend.

Good cafe which I have visited two or three times a month since it opened. The big downside is one member of staff who is a self important lady who is incredibly rude. If she's not on shift then all should be good. To the owners, you know who she is, no skin off my nose, but she is damaging your business.

I asked for an oat milk hot chocolate and a latte with regular milk.

They didn’t clean the steam wand before doing my oat milk. It’s a good job that I’m not allergic to cows milk. It’s just a preference but if someone was to come in with an allergy then this would be a different scenario.

Came for a coffee as reviews were quite good but the quality wasnt what i was expecting. Asked for a flat white and got what looked like a white americano, a layer of something started forming on the top to the point where i had to peel it off! Asked for another and got pretty much the same thing (NOT A FLAT WHITE) ok place but if you value good coffee go somewhere else.

We were staying at the Caravan club sight and walked to Baslow. On the way back we enjoyed a coffee break at the cafe. The food and drink was well prepared and the service staff were cheerful.

Stopped at the Pavillion for some lunch. It's quite a cute place and has a good selection of food before a walk to Chatsworth. Food overall was decent. The attitude from the waitress staff is pretty unfriendly and quite strange. Not what you'd expect from people working in hospitality. They made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Not a place I would hurry back to.

We have been visiting this cafe weekly since January 2023. The food and service is always excellent and very good value for money. The staff are friendly, efficient and attentive, and the cafe is warm and welcoming. I would recommend the coffee, it always hits the spot. A++
