In a lot of pain with my shoulder. GP told me to one review. I did that. Nobody responded. Sent a message via contact us. They came back to me ... nine weeks for an appointment. At no point did the referral form ask for details about pain and neither did the woman on the phone. Just seemed happy when I said I couldn't wait that long and would go somewhere private.

I know the NHS is in dire straits and I am not sure who needs the blame here. I don't want to criticise an orga inaction in difficulty, but that was a shambmes
