I cannot recommend this Club enough, from the knowledge around fitness and nutrition to the one to one support from Charlie (Club owner) extremely family friendly environment. Since my first visit to date I have enjoyed being part of a community that supports each other on our wellness journeys. Definitely take a trip and enjoy the wonderful experience with the Team of experienced wellness coaches. Thank you Health Hive you have changed my life!!

I’d often walk past the Health Hive feeling curious about what they offer. One afternoon, I noticed Charlie (owner) at the door. He talked to me about how he could help me and encouraged me to attend an induction, there was no pressure. The induction was amazing and insightful. Charlie went through how their programme worked and put together a personal plan for me. Attending regularly allowed me to improve my fitness and energy levels, build my nutrition knowledge and gave me an opportunity to meet other people who wanted to achieve similar goals.
The health hive is a great place to network, learn from others and to be coached and supported with whatever your fitness or health goals might be. Charlie is always there to provide advice, encouragement and support. He is extremely knowledgeable and he has continued to support me even though I’m not currently able to attend the club regularly. Thank you for everything Charlie and the health hive team for all your kindness and support!!

Charlie and his team are simply amazing !! It’s a fantastic little bubble filled with positive vibes and inspiring people. After just a few visits, you’ll start to notice subtle yet powerful changes..not only in your mindset but in your overall wellness too. You’ll also get to meet like-minded people and learn new recipes through their morning breakfast club. A fun and inspiring way to start your day. Very kind and easygoing people !! Highly recommend!

I started my journey at the health hive Pinner in October 2023. After two very close bereavements, my focus on myself and my health had completely been lost. I was grossly overweight and unhealthy. I had managed to lose some weight but was struggling to keep momentum going. My friend Dominique had been undertaking a dramatic transformation with the help of Charlie and the health hive Pinner, and I was keen to get his help. Charlie was amazing. He guided me, supported me and I felt valued and cheered along the way. He checked in on me and encouraged me through my ups and downs. My inspirational friend Dom then became my coach and continues to help me along my journey. My whole relationship with food, fitness, and mental health has completely changed. At the hive they educate you about nutrition and I finally realised that the reason my weight was constantly up and down, was because my body wasn't getting the nutrition it needed. I'm now in the best shape of my life. Still steadily losing and forming good habits for life. I'm now 3 and a half stone lighter and much much happier. The community at the hive is so friendly and supportive I've never looked back.

I love going here. The support from Charlie and everyone at the Health Hive has really helped me both physically and mentally.
