Was told if I’m not disabled I couldn’t speak too a clinician on attend anywhere ā€˜ I am disabled was implied because I can walk I am not considered disabled despite not being able too get out and about due too disabilities , passed the buck to another service feel so letdown especially as a lovely nurse passed on these details too be supported by this organisation. The place is also far from me so even on a good day for personal reasons I wouldn’t be able too travel , can’t understand why you wouldn’t allow me too go on attend anywhere ā€˜ thanks for having a further detrimental effect on my mental health let down yet again !this is the staying well evening service ) just too be clear

Terrible service never returned any of my call appointment cancelled a week ago and still they have not contacted me for an other appointment. It so hard to ask for help and get nothing back this service is supposed to help people in a mental health crisis and yet they can't even be bothered to return calls or phone their patients
