Shouting at all unsociable hours of the day, loitering, drinking out the front and fighting. No one seems to have any control over what is going on. This place shouldn’t be allowed in a residential area.

I do donations quite a lot and the staff are always very helpful. Usually speak to the people outside who are always very kind and appreciative. I’ll keep coming back to support those who need it

I lived there and they helped me but only when i helped myself. They are not miracle workers. If you dont take their advice then its not the staffs fault if you get stuck there. If i ever go back that will be on me not them, they are not police, they are not security they are just care staff, they cant force the residents to do anything. How are they responsible for what we, the residents do?

Absolutely no respect from the people that pass through this shelter considering it is somewhere that is helping them out. Shouting at all unsociable hours of the day, loitering, drinking out the front and fighting. No one seems to have any control over what is going on. This place shouldn’t be allowed in a residential area.

People drinking and doing drugs outside the front door at all hours while the staff just watch and do nothing seeming not to care about the familys living across from it. I have plenty of photos and videos to show if needs to be shown.
