They say men should talk and yes this has definitely saved my life, talking ! But then what ? Where do you go for help.
Come here to the academy. Trained in mental health and well-being. It’s not just a boxing club. They offer solutions and a world of advice and contacts. It’s for all people no matter what situation you may find yourself in,
If you’re a worried parent or worried spouse they invite you to share and will help.
I’m so greatful to all the hard work James and his beautiful team put in to helping every man, women and child.
Sometimes you have to let yourself be carried so you can find the strength to fight

Went here for for final Friday open morning. Great to catch up with staff and fellow users of their service. Remember don't struggle alone with mental health issues pop along to Frank Bruno Foundation next year. Just Google for open times.

What a fantastic venue and support for our young people. I currently work with FSiE who specialise in SEMH exclusions or children who cannot cope with an educational setting for many reasons. I am amazed by the immediate response to referrals and the experienced support and work the foundation provide. Thank you to your trainer James who motivates energy, maintains boundaries and promotes such a positive experience. We were so lucky too as we met Frank The Legend ...... Thank you for making a difference ......
