Worst chemist I’ve ever been to. Asked them to return my child’s prescription the day it was issued so that I could get the medication closer to my work because they would be closed by the time I got home. They asked me to join them in committing fraud by asking my gp to send another prescription so that they could keep and claim the earlier one even though they did not dispense the item to me. They got hostile and very rude when I refused and only gave me the prescription when I threatened to report them. Unbelievable.

This chemist has no consideration for the customer, if they have supplier issues they just don't supply. They state that they ask doctors for alternative products, when I ask the doctors they state its up to pharmacy to supply alternative drugs the pharmacy says.its the doctors responsibility to state alternatives, mean while I go without. Also they never answer their phone. Very bad communicators and I will have nothing more to.do with them.

STOP SPITTING on the ground when putting your rubbish out. With the recent Covid outbreak we should all be watching our hygiene practices. A young Male member of your staff is frequently seen spitting on the floor! Bearing in mind the industry you work in you should be more Alert, thoughtful & considerate of your surroundings! It also raises questions about what other Health & Safety/Hygiene practices are being ignored in the pharmacy that are not seen by the public?

Best pharmacy in Basildon nothing is too much for them so kind and helpful even with their controlled drugs they are beyond words wouldn't go anywhere else again tried a few others and they were rude incompetent and incapable of doing their job well done AA you deserve the recognition it's about time. Thank you for all your help over the years.

My prescription was sent well over an hour ago before my wife went to pick it up as I'm to sick to go out and she was lied to as thay was about to close well before thay should be. I fort your local pharmacy are here to care for people. That just all wurry about getting home not careing for no one just them selves

Great pharmacy located on Whitmore way Basildon by the jolly friar pub it’s fully wheelchair accessible with a good range of products at fair prices they collect and deliver prescriptions from local doctors and the staff are simply a delight
