Terrible, I waited for atleast a good month for them to clear my neighbours drains as its been leaking all over the place onto my side and also the sewage made it hard for me to go around if I needed to go out anywhere trying to avoid stepping in it and not to mention the smell was disgusting.

Also I have been waiting still for them to come fix my neighbours fence which has came over to my side of garden and blocking me access to the top half of my garden, but there excuse is they are not sure if it's a PCH Fence 😅 so sending someone else to come have a look.

Utterly disgusted by they way Plymouth Community Homes has treated my daughter, she had an emergency move from Tavistock to Suffolk beginning of August, everything was cleared from her flat by myself and my partner travelling back and forth over a period of weeks, she has three children, two with disabilities, now they have charged her for the cost of them redecorating a flat that was poorly built and rent/service charges that was Utterly to high for the poor maintenance that was done. Many of the tenants complained often. They have no understanding or empathy or care towards mothers/fathers with children with disabilities. I am Utterly disappointed and disgusted with Plymouth Community Homes.

I've been emailing and calling PCH for about 2 years to try and get them to redecorate the block of flats at Cecil Street in accordance with their duties as Freeholder. It hasn't been painted in over 20 years. They just keep fobbing me off saying someone will get back to me. In the meantime the property is getting more and more dilapidated. I am also still waiting for them to investigate and correct credits due on the annual service charge bill for mistakes made, which have also been going on for two years. All falls on deaf ears.

Plymouth community homes like to bully and make there tenants miserable. Worst housing Association ever! All they care about is money and not there tenants. Glad to be rid of them and with a better housing association he treat there tenants with care and respect

If there was a 0 star I would have picked it as I have been waiting for about 2 months ir longer for my toilet to be repaired and now it's to dangera to yous as the base of it has now shattered I could not except a porter poty from them due to the chemicals in it as it could harm by pet and could effect my asthma they should have arrived in the morning but did not and now I' do not have a toilet for the weekend as the plumber who came just after 1130 pm said it can't be used as it could just collapse (I cut my finger when it broke and the plumber cut his finger when he was looking at it and has to go to the hospital as it was deep ) he even said when I went to pch in person at 12pm and reported it again they should have went and replaced it right away but they would not so now I am not able to go to the loo till Monday they will be reported to the papers and I am going to push them to move me out this flat

SHOCKING..!

Supposed to be "sheltered accommodation" a place where elderly people are supposed to feel safe..!! Drug dealers/users, drunks thieves, convicted ARMED robbers ALL allowed in the building..!! Rent is £730 a month which is absolutely disgusting in terms of the support residents are given.

Hardly ever anywhere to park because PCH allow people who don't even live there to park all day and night so residents can't..!?! Charges for "support" is more than the rent and there's very little support. Laundry is £25 a week.. even if you don't use it.... stay well away...!!!

Supposedly for those for need homes most. But moves on any homelessness with threats of private bailiffs. Instead of offering help they just offer a list of private agencies to contact. Absolute parasites the lot of you.

The lady at reception was friendly and very helpful and was happy to phone me a taxi as I was only leaving and going back to the station, the outside and inside is very clean and kept to a very high standard, the toilets were clean and there was a nice little section for where the kids can play as well, a very good experience for me.
