Awful waste of public money. Get loads of money from the NHS but do nothing with except feather their own nest. Charge loads of money for fitting stuff for old people. As for their shop in fatley, loud mouth one especially that volunteer Natasha and Shirley I think her name is. Wouldn't give them anything.

I do not know why a Gene feels the need to openly criticize or berate people? These people give up their time to work for a lovely charity whose aim is to help the many thousands of elderly people in Luton some of which dont have anybody! I think such an attack is vile and below the belt. I have had nothing but great attention, service and genuine support from my washing machine breaking down which flooded my flat to helping me with my shopping and cleaning. Such a credit to Luton, should be more of Age Concern! Some really awful people on the internet and its not fair or right. Google should seek that these comments be removed about named individuals. The charity shop up farleyhill is an amazing little shop,friendly staff and always a happy atmosphere 🙂 I’ve been popping in and out of this shop for many years and never had a bad experience 🙂 pick up some real bargains and all for a great cause too 🙂

Age Concern have been nothing but helpful. Advisers working from home, making referrals to OT etc., assisting with PIP application. Real support when no one else was available.

After the covid pandemic the services the charity offers have understandably reduced but will pick up as soon as possible, hopefully by the end of 2022.
