Not asking for proof of earnings or any other proof after filling out an application form for a grant? Numerous of properties have had EWI in which they shouldn’t have had due to earning more than they put down on the application form.

There is poor families out there who need these funds to help them get through the colder months!!

I cannot praise Nicola and her colleagues, Tracey and David at Nottingham Energy Partnership highly enough. They have been very efficient and reliable throughout the process of a grant application. extremely supportive at every step and everything has been explained in detail. Although we do not qualify at the moment for the funding we applied for I am encouraged that we can go on a waiting list for the future and that the main part of the application process has been finalised thanks to Nicola`s patient help - it is absolutely a five stars from me for the staff at the NEP
