I arrived far too early, and it has to be said, the physio department's waiting room is not the best part of the visit experience. However, I have to say that, yet again after my achilles rupture back in May, the quality of service I received from the NHS was A1!
My appointment included a good history-taking, a thorough physical examination of my ankle and its surroundings, clear and easy to follow directions for my follow-up exercises, and all done in a professional but relaxed manner. I hope you never have to go here, but if you do, I can heartily recommend it!!!
