A shame to get in touch this way. Would love to rate higher and will definitely change this review if I can get in touch with someone. Spoke to a lovely lady a while ago and now I’ve spent 3 weeks trying to speak to someone. There’s no answer to calls, no answerphone and emails bounce back saying mailbox full. Are you still running?

Fantastic care brilliant meals if you are a carer it's nice to have a break and no my mum is being well looked after thankyou to all the Eileen and all the staff you do a brilliant job thanks again

Often cold as the heating cannot be changed. The security lights often don't work when leaving when dark. So you cannot see up the dark drive.
The toilet lights are not timed to be on long enough. So you are often sat in the dark in mid flow.
